Stunning Feminine Archetypes
In both the tarot and playing cards, all the cards including Kings, Jacks, and even the Emperor are visualized as feminine characters. These 22 cards are exclusive to the tarot decks. They are the most recognizable and significant of tarot cards representing the big picture and grand scheme of life.

The spade cards appear in both the tarot and poker playing card decks. Only the Page card is exclusive to the tarot decks. These cards often represent experiences of acceptance, forgiveness, friendship, wisdom, surrender, flow, trust, the weather, grace, and experience.
Diamonds
The diamond cards appear in both the tarot and poker playing card decks. Only the Page card is exclusive to the tarot decks. These cards are often about creativity, dreams, magic, consciousness, freedom, self-expression, insight, transcendence, and intellect.
Hearts
The heart cards appear in both the tarot and poker playing card decks. Only the Page card is exclusive to the tarot decks. These cards are often about love, emotions, passion, jealousy, intimacy, vulnerability, sensuality, sexuality, and insecurity.

Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn are included and distributed across the suits of the Minor Arcana. The four seasons have universal symbolic value representing the cycles of life. The presence of these special designation cards is included to inspire creative and vibrant card readings.

We only planned on doing 2 bonus cards because playing cards are often printed on sheets with room for two extra cards. But the artist gave us 4 awesome images. So Max contacted the printer to find a way to do all 4 cards. He kicked some friendly ass and got the printer to agree to printing two bonus cards in the Tarot decks also.

Why these cards?
I’m David Bollt. Last year I launched my first Kickstarter project (Professor Tate’s Traveling Road Show Playing Cards). It was one of the most rewarding creative experiences of my life. Interacting with supporters and fans of the deck reminded me (deep down) why I create art. It made me feel more connected to the people who I’m creating for.
Working on these special tarot and poker decks with Digital Desires and Model Society has been an opportunity for me to create a pedestal for some of the most compelling creative imagery I’ve ever seen. I’m looking forward to sharing my own art in upcoming card decks, and I’m super excited about some other amazing (and secret) decks that we’re already working on with some phenomenal artists.
My goal with Kickstarter is to enable a broad range of exciting projects featuring great art and talent. If you want to see more stuff like this, we hope you’ll consider supporting the campaign.
